COOLER DEPARTMENT

     

COOLER DISPATCHER: Full Time

Responsibilities include checking trucks in through our computer system and verifying load and appointments for such loads. The Cooler Dispatcher is also responsible to check-out trucks, this includes verifying bills of lading, counts, weights and temperatures for accuracy. Other clerical duties include answering phones, faxing, scanning, copying and filing paperwork. 

  • Requirements: Must have good knowledge and experience with basic office electronics, i.e., computer, fax, scanner, copiers, etc. Good arithmetic skills required, must be able to have a basic understanding of weights and measures. Strong organizational and communication, verbal and written, skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
